The Montessori Event
Throw back to the first week of March when Nikki and Dr. Coccia presented at the Montessori Event, the national conference of the American Montessori Society. Their presentation, “Fostering a Culturally Inclusive Food and Nutrition Environment” aimed to teach Montessori teachers about the importance of proper nutrition and teacher-parent communication with an emphasis on culture to development of healthy eating habits in young children.
